Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and ethical impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional task forces to establish company-wide AI ethics policies
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment for industry conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for inclusive AI practices through stakeholder education programs
- Monitor global AI ethics legislation and propose proactive compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing AI ethics frameworks for enterprise-scale systems
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, upcoming EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
