Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Anticipate and mitigate societal risks of 2026-era AI deployments through scenario planning
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align on ethical priorities
- Conduct impact assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, etc.)
- Design audit protocols for bias, fairness, and transparency in high-stakes AI systems
- Shape corporate policy on human-AI collaboration and digital rights
- Represent the organization in global forums on AI ethics and future-focused governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.) and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record influencing technical design through ethical principles
- Deep understanding of cognitive biases, algorithmic fairness, and explainable AI
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research on AI ethics or technology futures preferred
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks and global tech policy
