Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in healthcare, transportation, and neural interfaces by 2026
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop industry-wide standards for AI transparency and explainability in partnership with IEEE and WEF
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI implementation
- Author policy briefs for government entities on AI regulation and human rights preservation
- Monitor emerging AI risks through real-time sentiment analysis and predictive modeling
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and G7 technology forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI ethics governance
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or existential risk reduction
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on AI policy implementation
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for bias detection
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English for international collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical frameworks implemented in production AI systems
