Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Conduct foresight research on societal impacts of emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Advocate for inclusive AI design across product development lifecycles
- Present ethical risk assessments to C-suite executives and regulatory bodies
- Lead workshops on responsible AI adoption for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams on ethical implications of next-gen tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or policy development
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI governance (peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with foresight methodologies and scenario planning for 2026+
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing of machine learning models
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
