- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed fairness, transparency, and accountability into AI systems
- Advocate for ethical AI practices through internal training and stakeholder communication
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and adapt organizational policies proactively
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong understanding of machine learning bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with stakeholder engagement in tech policy discussions
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification) preferred
