Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI applications
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and explainability
- Create certification protocols for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Author whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at industry consortiums and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for AI/ML systems
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for ethical auditing
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Strong background in philosophical ethics and moral philosophy
