- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems across product lifecycle

- Monitor emerging regulations and advise on compliance strategies
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI implementation practices
- Collaborate with legal teams on policy development and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Strong understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Certification in AI ethics or compliance (e.g., CCEP-AI, CIPM)
- Experience with risk assessment frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementation projects
