Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or large-scale ML deployments
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, state-level legislation)
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in algorithmic decision-making
