Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems

- Collaborate with legal/compliance teams on regulatory compliance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for transparent AI deployment
- Establish monitoring systems for AI system accountability
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or ethics-related conferences
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI)
