Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive AI platforms
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic fairness, bias mitigation, and accountability protocols
- Partner with quantum computing teams to establish ethical guardrails for probabilistic AI decision-making
- Create governance policies for AI-human collaborative workflows in regulated industries
- Represent the company in global AI ethics councils and regulatory discussions
- Train engineers on ethical AI development practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record of implementing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI systems
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications on AI ethics and security
- Experience with adversarial testing and robustness validation for autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Publications or contributions to major AI ethics frameworks preferred
