Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for LLM and autonomous AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across 200+ AI models
- Collaborate with policymakers on emerging AI legislation (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Establish transparent AI impact assessment protocols for high-stakes applications
- Train 500+ engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Author white papers on quantum ethics and generative AI accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published work on algorithmic fairness or AI policy (ACM/IEEE journals preferred)
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong understanding of quantum computing ethics implications
