Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology landscape
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop predictive models for societal impact of emerging AI technologies
- Author industry white papers on AI ethics and contribute to regulatory dialogues
- Mentor junior ethicists and build ethics literacy across technical teams
- Partner with legal to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in machine learning architectures and data ecosystems
- Published work in AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of influencing policy at organizational or industry level
