Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of machine learning models for bias mitigation
- Develop policy guidelines for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
- Coordinate with legal teams on AI compliance with emerging 2026 regulations
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and ethical decision-making
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and standards bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving ethical frameworks
- Experience with bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in risk management for high-stakes AI systems
- Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology preferred
