Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Establish governance protocols for AI lifecycle management
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption with C-suite executives and board members
- Represent Nexus in global AI ethics consortiums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor junior ethics specialists through our 2026 AI Leadership Program
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAIG, CSEP) highly valued
- Familiarity with quantum computing and neural network architectures
