Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI standards
- Proven experience with algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across tech and policy
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, BSI)
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
