Responsibilities

- Collaborate with policymakers to shape industry standards for AI accountability
- Train technical teams on ethical AI deployment and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI system ethics and continuous improvement
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and working groups
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience developing ethics-by-design methodologies for complex systems
- Strong technical understanding of ML/AI architectures and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating ethics concepts to technical teams
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
