Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI platforms
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with policymakers, ethics boards, and community representatives
- Conduct risk assessments for high-stakes AI deployments in healthcare, finance, and infrastructure
- Develop audit protocols for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Create educational materials to promote ethical AI practices across the organization
- Represent the company at international AI ethics symposiums and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Proven experience developing regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in international AI standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and ethical frameworks
- Strong analytical skills for bias detection and algorithmic auditing
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in peer-reviewed ethics or AI governance journals
