Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for diverse communities impacted by AI deployments
- Author industry white papers on AI accountability and explainability standards
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Mentor teams on ethical AI development practices and risk mitigation
- Represent the company at global AI ethics symposia and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, risk management, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups on ethical technology
- Strong background in policy analysis and regulatory compliance
