Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection algorithm design
- Published research on AI ethics or policy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
