Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness across enterprise solutions
- Develop governance policies for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development lifecycles
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
- Create transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI practices and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics leadership
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and other regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience designing bias detection tools for ML systems
- Published research or practical implementations in AI ethics
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGC) or equivalent
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies on AI policy
