- Represent Nexus Futuristics in global AI ethics standardization bodies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI implementation practices
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI governance experience
- Proven track record designing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation for large language models
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Publication record in AI ethics or peer-reviewed conference presentations
- Experience leading cross-functional ethics initiatives in tech organizations
