Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation techniques, and explainable AI (XAI)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, OECD principles)
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Publication record in AI ethics journals or conference proceedings
- Proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
