Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Liaise with international regulatory bodies (NIST, EU AI Act) on compliance standards
- Lead cross-functional task forces auditing algorithmic bias and transparency
- Develop training programs for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Coordinate with product teams to embed governance features into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Public Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and transparency techniques
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI, AIGP) preferred
- Demonstrated success influencing policy through academic publications
- Strong background in cross-stakeholder collaboration (tech, government, academia)
