Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Advocate for transparency and explainability in AI decision-making systems
- Monitor emerging regulations and adapt policies proactively
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Familiarity with NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act requirements
- Strong analytical skills for bias detection and mitigation
- Experience communicating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
