Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Design stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Author governance policies for AI lifecycle management
- Monitor emerging ethical AI standards and adapt organizational strategies
- Train teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong knowledge of machine learning model development lifecycle
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing skills
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Published work on AI ethics or governance preferred
