Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, FTC guidelines)
- Experience with AI explainability tools (SHAP, LIME, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Stanford HAI)
