Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems deployed in healthcare and finance
- Conduct bias audits on machine learning algorithms using quantum-enhanced analysis tools
- Develop real-time compliance dashboards for autonomous decision systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers to shape AI legislation
- Author whitepapers on neural network transparency standards
- Coordinate international ethics committees for cross-border AI deployments
- Mentor junior specialists in emerging AI ethics methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Published research on algorithmic accountability frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethics protocols
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., AIGP, CEGAI)
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and evolving US regulations
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience working with autonomous system development teams
