Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI-powered systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ethical safeguards into ML pipelines
- Advise stakeholders on ethical implications of AI deployment strategies
- Lead policy development for responsible AI use across product lines
- Represent the company in ethics-focused industry forums and regulatory discussions
- Mentor junior staff on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and algorithmic auditing methodologies
- Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing organizational AI policy and governance documentation
- Knowledge of quantum computing ethics is highly desirable
- Certification in AI ethics or governance preferred (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
