Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or compliance roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing techniques
- Experience developing corporate ethical technology policies
- Published work on AI ethics or technology philosophy preferred
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool development
