Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and regulatory compliance
- Develop corporate policies aligning with evolving AI ethics legislation (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical dilemmas in generative AI and biotech applications
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry ethics consortiums
- Author white papers on responsible AI deployment strategies for 2026
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Proven track record implementing bias mitigation techniques in production AI systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance in high-stakes industries (healthcare, finance, autonomous vehicles)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, CERP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
