Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop predictive risk models for emerging AI ethical challenges (2026-2030)
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to address ethical implications of next-gen algorithms
- Author industry standards for AI transparency and explainability in regulated sectors
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI implementation best practices
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ACM Code)
- Experience with large-scale AI system audits at FAANG-level organizations
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of quantum computing ethics and emerging technologies
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
