What You'll Accomplish: Lead the development and implementation of our AI ethics framework, ensuring all systems align with evolving societal norms and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations from design through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for emerging AI models
- Partner with engineering teams to implement ethical guardrails in ML pipelines
- Develop stakeholder communication strategies for ethical AI transparency
- Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt compliance protocols
- Mentor junior team members in ethical AI principles
- Represent NeuraVision at industry ethics consortiums and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
