Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, responsible AI development, or ethics policy
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in tech or research environments
