Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for all AI initiatives using proprietary Nexus Ethical Matrix
- Lead cross-functional committees including engineers, policymakers, and ethicists
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI systems and autonomous decision engines
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry publications and regulatory bodies
- Establish transparent AI governance documentation and audit trails
- Mentor junior ethics specialists and build organizational ethical literacy
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with AI specialization (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in enterprise environments
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or congressional committees
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
