Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop corporate policies for ethical AI deployment and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development lifecycle
- Represent the organization at global AI ethics forums and regulatory hearings
- Mentor technical teams on responsible AI practices and compliance requirements
- Proactively identify emerging ethical risks in generative AI and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and other evolving AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record leading AI ethics initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology governance
- Experience with cross-functional ethics committees and regulatory engagement
- Proficiency in Python for AI ethics tool implementation and bias analysis
