Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct ethical audits of AI systems using advanced bias detection and fairness metrics
- Lead cross-functional committees to resolve ethical dilemmas in AI deployment
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Drive stakeholder education on AI ethics best practices
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical AI performance
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in implementing AI bias mitigation frameworks (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Publication record in AI ethics or responsible AI research
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool development
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IAPP CIPP/AI)
