Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems deployed in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic bias and fairness in autonomous decision systems
- Develop policy recommendations for quantum-AI integration and neural network transparency
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape 2026-era AI compliance standards
- Create ethics training programs for engineering teams developing generative AI models
- Conduct scenario planning for existential risk mitigation in advanced AI systems
- Author white papers on AI-human symbiosis for policy think tanks
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, AI Policy, or Computational Philosophy with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing ethics-by-design in production AI systems
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for algorithmic fairness
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI regulation
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g. Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
