Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead interdisciplinary research on AI bias mitigation and transparency
- Develop predictive models for AI societal impact (2026-2030 horizon)
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Present findings at global AI ethics summits and publish in Nature/AI journals
- Mentor researchers in emerging AI ethics methodologies
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through policy briefings
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 5+ years researching AI governance or autonomous system ethics
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or ML conferences
- Expertise in causal inference and fairness metrics
- Experience with large language model transparency techniques
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Proven ability to translate research into enterprise policy
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
