Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems deployed in healthcare and critical infrastructure
- Lead multidisciplinary task forces auditing algorithmic fairness across high-stakes domains
- Develop predictive models for AI risk scenarios using causal inference techniques
- Author white papers and contribute to ISO/IEEE 7000 standards for autonomous system ethics
- Coordinate with policymakers to shape 2026 AI regulatory compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible ML methodologies and explainable AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Ethics with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI alignment techniques
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and causal inference libraries (DoWhy, CausalML)
- Experience with large-scale LLM ethics auditing (GPT-4, Claude 3, Gemini)
