Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier AI ethics or philosophy journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience leading diverse technical teams through complex ethical dilemmas
