Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in AI research with demonstrated focus on ethical implications
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., AIES, FAccT)
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
