Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead interdisciplinary research on algorithmic fairness and bias detection
- Develop explainable AI techniques for high-stakes decision-making systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years researching AI ethics, fairness, or responsible AI systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and algorithmic transparency methods
- Strong publication record in top-tier AI/ethics conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and statistical analysis tools
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
