- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch for ethical auditing implementations
- Experience with UN AI advisory committees or similar governance bodies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into engineering requirements
