- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI bias mitigation strategies for 2026 deployment
- Develop predictive models for long-term societal impacts of generative AI technologies
- Author white papers on AI governance adopted by G7 working groups
- Coordinate with UN bodies on establishing international AI ethics standards
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics research
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (Nature AI, Ethics and Information Technology)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework compliance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms for large language models
- Track record advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI deployment
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and causal inference modeling
- Fluency in cross-disciplinary research methodologies
