Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or policy development
- Published research on algorithmic bias or AI safety
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with quantitative bias auditing tools (Aequitas, Fairlearn)
- Proficiency in Python for ethics simulation modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
