Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Design ethical review protocols for high-stakes AI deployment
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations in development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and update compliance strategies
- Produce transparent AI impact assessments for public disclosure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, policy, or responsible tech
- Strong understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of applied ethics in technology contexts
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
