Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with NIST and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI deployment in healthcare and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of generative AI and large language models
- Author corporate AI ethics policies and transparency documentation
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and ensure organizational compliance
- Collaborate with legal teams on AI governance and accountability structures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems and LLMs
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published ethics frameworks or research papers
