Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Experience with AI model interpretability tools (SHAP, LIME, etc.) and auditing methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
