Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with demonstrated focus on ethical frameworks
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management in tech environments
- Published research or practical implementation of AI ethics initiatives
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for bias detection tools
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (preferred)
