Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for LLM and autonomous systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits using advanced statistical modeling
- Develop ethical risk mitigation strategies for product deployment
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards with engineering teams
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder workshops
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Author ethics-by-design documentation for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in fairness metrics and bias detection methodologies
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning model development
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic accountability
